Hours Later FAQs
Help with tracking, history and your data.
How do I start or switch an activity?
Tap a category to start tracking it. Tap another category when your activity changes. The previous entry ends when the new one begins.

Ridge FAQs
Help for the current development build.
How do I start a route?
Choose Start a route, then search for a place, enter coordinates or tap the map. Confirm the start and download the required map area if it is not already installed.
A map area will not download
Ridge needs access to its configured mapping catalogue while downloading. In a development build, confirm the mapping-server address under Settings and allow local-network access when prompted.
Place search or the online map is unavailable
Place search and the overview map use Apple services and need an internet connection. Saved routes and installed 3D terrain remain available offline.
How do I import or export GPX?
Choose Import GPX from Saved Routes to select a file. To export, open a route's menu and choose Export GPX. Ridge validates imported files and exports only confirmed route geometry.
How do I delete a route?
Open the route menu in Saved Routes and choose Delete. This removes the local route document but leaves downloaded map areas in place.
Does Ridge collect my data?
Ridge has no account, advertising, analytics or tracking. Routes stay on your device. Place search, the online map and requested map downloads use network services described in the privacy policy.

Speedy G Games includes Mahjong, Slide Garden, Solitaire, Photo Pairs, Word Search, Word Garden, Sudoku, Jigsaw Garden and Five Dice.
How do I start a new game?
Open a game from the main menu, then use its New or Restart control when you want a fresh board. Returning to the main menu does not remove your family photographs.
How do Family Faces work?
Open Settings, choose Family photos and add a profile with a name and at least four photographs. Different photographs of the same person become matching pieces in Mahjong, Slide Garden and Photo Pairs. Emoji characters fill any unused profile spaces.

Pixel Chat FAQs
Help with nearby rooms, drawings and games.
How do we join a room?
One person chooses Start a room. Other people choose Find a room and select it. The host accepts each request. Keep Pixel Chat open and allow Bluetooth and Local Network access.
Can a large group join?
Rooms have no fixed participant cap. Connection quality, hardware and message activity affect practical capacity. Individual games use the first two or four people as players; everyone else watches.
Does it work on a plane?
Rooms do not need internet service. Bluetooth is tried first and local Wi-Fi can also be used. Enable the relevant radios after enabling Airplane Mode only when your airline permits it. Keep close to the host. A particular range or passenger count is not guaranteed.
Why did the room disappear?
Sessions run only while the app is in the foreground. Locking the screen, changing apps or moving out of range can disconnect you. The host leaving closes the room. Reopen Pixel Chat and start or join a new session.
Are messages saved?
There is no saved chat archive or cloud sync. Leaving clears your room session. Other participants may still have their session or screenshots. Read the privacy policy.
Can I try it on one device?
Choose Try it on this device for two-player pass-and-play games and local chat practice. This mode does not connect other devices.
How do I get help?

The Stripey Horse FAQs
Help with one-phone and nearby games.
How do we play with one phone?
Start a one-phone game, enter each player's name and hand the device to the named player. Each person reveals their own card, hides it and passes the phone on. Once everyone has seen their role, take turns giving clues and vote for the horse.
How do we play on nearby phones?
Put the phones on the same local Wi-Fi. One person chooses Host a game and shares the three-letter room word or QR code. Everyone else chooses Join a game, enters their name and the word, or scans the QR code. The host approves join requests and starts the game when at least three players are present.
My phone cannot find the host
Check that every phone is on the same Wi-Fi, the host has kept the app open and Local Network access is allowed for The Stripey Horse in iOS Settings. Some guest networks isolate devices from each other; try a different Wi-Fi network if the room still cannot be found.
What does the horse see?
The horse sees the theme but not the secret word. Zebras see both. The horse tries to sound like a zebra during the clue round.
Is an internet connection needed?
No. One-phone play works offline. Nearby play uses the local network between players' devices, without a cloud game server.
Does the app collect player data?
The app does not send player names or game activity to Bilella Works. Names and settings are stored on your device, and nearby players' devices exchange game information directly. See the privacy policy for details.
How do I contact support?
Email bilellaworks@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version, whether you were hosting or joining, and what happened. Do not include a room word from an active game.

PaddleCounter FAQs
Help with calibration, counting and rally history.
How do I start counting?
Allow microphone access, then calibrate with real paddle hits using the paddle and phone position you plan to play with. Once calibration is ready, start a session. The large play counter is shown in landscape.
It misses quiet or distant hits
Increase sensitivity gradually and use the live detector test to check recognition before playing. Keep the microphone uncovered and move the phone closer if needed. Recalibrate with representative hits, including softer ones. Higher sensitivity may also accept more background sounds.
It counts speech, claps or other noise
Lower sensitivity a little and recalibrate in your playing setup with clear paddle hits. Use detection confidence and the recent-event diagnostics to see what is being accepted. Sound recognition is not perfect; similar impacts and noisy spaces can affect accuracy.
When does a rally end?
Choose the quiet gap in settings. When no recognised hit arrives for that interval, the app saves the rally and resets the counter for the next one. A missed hit can therefore end a rally early.
What do the history graphs mean?
History shows the timing of recognised hits, your pace and how evenly hits are spaced. It cannot identify individual players. Missed or extra detections can change these statistics.
Does the app record conversations?
No. Microphone audio is analysed live on your iPhone, without saved audio recordings, transcription or upload. The app saves numerical calibration features and rally records locally.
How do I remove my data?
Reset calibration to remove its saved sound profile. To remove all local data, including rally history, delete the app rather than offloading it. Device backups may retain an earlier copy under your Apple backup settings.
How do I report a counting problem?
Email bilellaworks@gmail.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, sensitivity setting and a description of the playing environment. You can include a screenshot of diagnostics if helpful. Please avoid sending private conversations or recordings of other people.
