Data collected from the app

None by Bilella Works. Pixel Chat does not require an account or send nicknames, messages, drawings, game activity, diagnostics or device identifiers to Bilella Works or a Bilella Works server.

Information on your device

Nicknames, room membership, recent messages, drawings and current games are held in memory while the app is running. Leaving a room or putting the app in the background clears that device's room session. Your chosen nickname can remain in memory until the app closes. There is no saved chat archive or cloud sync. Other participants may keep their session open or take screenshots; leaving does not delete their copies. Bilella Works has no server copy to access or delete.

Nearby games

The app uses Bluetooth and local-network discovery to find rooms and connect to a host. The room name is advertised nearby before anyone joins. Nicknames and temporary connection information are exchanged when requesting to join, before host approval. Avoid putting private information in your room name or nickname. Once admitted, participants exchange messages, drawings, nicknames, the room roster and game activity through the host device. Room content is encrypted in transit using Apple's system cryptography, but the host and other admitted participants can read it. Nicknames do not verify anyone's real identity. This traffic does not pass through a Bilella Works cloud service. Internet access is not required for a room.

Permissions

Bluetooth and Local Network permissions let the app discover and connect to nearby rooms. The app does not request access to contacts, location, the camera, microphone or photo library. The single-device practice mode does not start nearby radios. You can change permissions in iOS Settings.

Advertising, analytics and tracking

The current app contains no advertising, tracking technology, crash-reporting SDK or third-party analytics SDK. Bilella Works does not sell or share app-user data for advertising.

If you contact support

Support is optional. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name shown by your email service, your message and any details you choose to include. The app does not automatically attach player names or game activity. We use your message to answer you and investigate the issue. Google provides our email service. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold about your support request by emailing us.

This website

This site has no visitor accounts, advertising or marketing pixels. Cloudflare receives technical request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser headers and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Website visits are separate from activity in the app. Read Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for information about those services.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or delete information held through support or this website, or object to its processing. Email bilellaworks@gmail.com. Bilella Works cannot access game information stored only on your device or another participant's device. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office via its complaint page.

Apple services

Apple separately governs information it processes for the App Store, device backups and operating-system services. Read Apple's Privacy Policy.
