About this app
Murmory turns spoken thoughts into text you can use. Start a dictation, speak, then stop. The app transcribes the saved audio, tidies the sentences and puts the finished text on the clipboard when it is safe to do so.
Keep longer conversations with their audio, transcript, summary and actions. Copy each new section during a meeting, browse captures by week, or find related topics and clients.

Privacy
On-device transcription and cleanup.
Transcription and text processing run on your device using Apple models or an optional downloaded local model. If you enable iCloud library, recordings and transcripts are also stored in your private iCloud database. There is no advertising or tracking in the app.
Murmory is the new name for Chitchat. The Mac app is available; iPhone and iPad are coming soon. Older downloads may still show Chitchat. The current build requires macOS 26, iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later. Cleanup needs an available, supported on-device text model; speech support also depends on language and installed models. Automatic meeting detection is not enabled.
